The three guys from EES are a credit to your company both in terms of attitude and work ethics.
They have encountered a couple of teething problem at the start of the job in terms of the wrong chains being supplied by your supplier, and then yesterday not having the right chain link cutter.
On both occasions the guys were very proactive in finding a solution both quickly and calmly and the communication from them was first class.
Not once has this had any disruption or impact on timescales for completing the job.
They are on track and confident the job will finish on time.
