Many older lift machines used in the UK are single-speed units with little to no ability to control motor slow down, so brake pads wear through use. Modern machines can also see excessive brake pad wear due to malfunction or poor adjustment. We provide a brake pad re-lining service and set up badly adjusted units for optimal efficiency and performance.

EES Vertical Transportation holds and has hands-on experience operating the TKE MRL lifting frame, a certified system and the only recommended safe method of work for removing DAF210, DAF270, and TW45 series motors. This enables in-shaft brake repair or replacement in the majority of cases, without removal to a remote workshop.
