Debris build-up in the fan chamber or on the blades can compromise the cleanliness and performance of a system, so planned maintenance is essential. Our site engineers have the expertise to remove, repair, or replace faulty electric motors and fans, and can supply, fit, and commission variable speed drives where required.
WHAT's INCLUDED
- Removal, repair, or replacement of forward curve, backward curve, plug, and EC motors and fans
- Replacement of drive belts and pulleys to maintain performance or alter airflow
- Filter changing service
- Replacement of old, inefficient motors with new IE3 energy efficient motors
EXTRACT FANS (WORKSHOP OVERHAUL)
- Removed from site and taken back to our workshop for full overhaul and repair
- New motors supplied and fitted where more cost effective
- Fan blades balanced in our own workshop
- Units re-fitted and commissioned on site
