To ensure this statement is successfully implemented, all employees will be responsible for identifying our customer requirements, and to ensure that the correct procedures are followed to meet those requirements.
Objectives needed to ensure that the requirements of this statement are met and that continual improvement is maintained in line with the spirit of this statement will be set, determined and monitored at regular Management Reviews.
The Quality Statement principles and objectives will be communicated and available to employees at all times, and will ensure that all our employees understand and fully implement our Company’s policies and objectives.
Training will be an integral part of our strategy to achieve these objectives, and we will ensure that our employees are able to perform their duties effectively through an ongoing training and development programme.
